Oil Paint on Canvas
36 X 36
This painting depicts a moment in time right before a big decision is made. The wax figure on the left says loudly “do” to the wax figure on the right who is contemplating under a few drops of rain. The rain symbolizes the gravity of what compliance might mean. There is a figure off of the canvas thinking very loudly “no.” This is about the influence that others have on us as we make difficult decisions. Will she do what someone tells her or will she say “no”? The red ball being tossed between them? Open for interpretation…what does it symbolize to you?
*price based on $4 per square inch + $150 for materials
