The canvas is (almost!) covered!! Notice how the yellow looks neon against the more neutral background. Putting different colors next to one another changes how they’re perceived. This is why color theory is so cool and should not be minimized or ignored. It really does affect mood, behavior and visual impact. Anyway, I’m really into this painting at the moment and am soooo close to getting the canvas covered!!!
