Whether it’s the lynch pin, the keystone, or the starting point, Orange Man released the flood gates for my wax figure explorations. It was the first one, it was the scariest one, and it’s the one that shows my raw ideas for this series. Unique color combinations, clean lines, and impactful shadows were the big things that I wanted to express. I had been thinking about this painting for a long time before I did it. It’s been wonderful to take an idea and go for it!
