A great painting this is. A great inspiration Yoda is. As I was working on this painting, both my 5 yo (at the time!) and my 7 yo (at the time!) brought their stools into my studio and set them up where they could watch. At one point they started chanting “Yoda! Yoda!” which made me feel equally like a rock star and like the captain of the Titanic. In other words, the gauntlet was thrown and the pressure was mounting. I did finish “Yoda” with an audience and it turned out great! I also lived to fight another day. Whew!
