Meet Mr. Pineapple.

With his wild green hair, oversized round eyes, colorful wax-string body, and unmistakable personality, Mr. Pineapple is exactly the kind of character who seems to have wandered into the room and decided to stay.

Created from one of Mari Jae's signature wax-string figures, this whimsical contemporary art print turns a familiar symbol of hospitality and warmth into something delightfully strange. The hand-drawn lettering adds to the charm, giving the piece the feeling of an introduction or perhaps a very casual portrait of someone you haven't met yet.

Playful, colorful, and just a little bit odd, Mr. Pineapple is artwork with personality. He brings a sense of humor and curiosity to a kitchen, dining room, studio, office, or gallery wall and makes an especially fun gift for anyone who appreciates quirky contemporary art.
