Occasionally, we all need something in our lives that makes us smile. For me, on this particular day, it happened to be a flower. When I think of flower power, I think of feminism, peace, love, strength, organizing, activism, blinding sunlight, vivid colors, and sprawling fields. All of those things that are floral and powerful made me smile on this particular day.
